The RSRP is GOOD I seriously can not understand why anyone has anything bad to say about it? Like do you all want to drink contaminated water?

Our money should go towards fixing vital infrastructure it is quite Luke's job to fix that stuff. Why wouldn't he get the job done? I have full faith in Mayor Gray and Luke. Gray is obviously not a complete moron if he chose Luke himself. Luke like others before me in the thread mentions is a go-getter. Rotborough needs more people like that. I'm hopeful everything will work out.

dude honestly im game for some improvement as long as it comes simontaenously with clean water, i think gray got it. I mean let's be honest about this all things considered we don't have to beat a dead horse, obviously dirty water is a negative, but the weird vagueness about what exactly it is puzzles me. What is contaminating the water? How can we tell its dangerous? how do we know?

Well I suppose the problem is we DON'T know Ramon, and that alone means we should look into it, the only thing that should be in our water IS NOTHING! Plain and simple and i guess the goal is to clean it up.

Well duh i get that but why be so vague? For all we know theres nothing wrong with the water and this is why some people think its a cash grab, why not show us what it is rather than shove "the water is contaminated" down our throats? transparency matters.
